Transaction Coordinator– P/T Working from Home

General Job Description
Coordinating behind the scenes (real estate activities) so transactions closes in a timely manner.This includes but not limited to:
Contract date reviews
Agent coordination
Transaction Monitoring
Database Input

Specific Skills & Required Experience
Real Estate experience is desired but not compulsory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
Must have reliable internet/computer
Demonstrating a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in an administrative field
