A property management company seeks to identify an:
Accounting Officer

Key Duties
Maintaining files of source documents and other information related to Accounting activities
Timely preparation of tax returns
Ensuring all Accounting transactions are recorded in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Preparation of bank, credit card and intercompany reconciliations
Updating & Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register monthly
Assistance with annual external audits

Experience and Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting Banking and Finance, or a related discipline.
Completion of ACCA Level 2 minimum.
A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar capacity.
Solid working knowledge of IFRS & ISA.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
Must be well organized, with great attention to details.
Must be able work on own initiative and able to meet deadlines.
