Analyst WFM Reporting
Job Description
Interacts with the business and the client. Over and above Reporting WFM analyst will be responsible for manual reporting, data uploads and supporting and helping with data automation and reporting automation.1. Works to get the scheduled reports, ad hoc reports, trending data, and respond to client inquiries.
2. Extract data from the client tool and merge it with the internal data and provide meaningful reports at several levels.
3. Coordinate the implementation of reporting processes
4. Develop new reports/graphs, production schedules, and additions/deletions from existing reports.
5. Utilize new data sources for report development.
6. Communicate with project managers to understand client report needs.
7. Produce and verify daily electronic reports using reporting tools.
8. Distribute reports to internal and external clients via e-mail and electronic feeds
9. Maintain existing reports as well as monthly and year-to-date summaries.
10. Develop trending reports on a request basis
11. Gain efficiency with the existing reporting solution and create a more effective new solution for both internal and external clients.
12. Internal and external client interaction, negotiation on the correct reporting solution and getting the final output back to them within the timeline.
