Parang Industries Limited is seeking to identify a dynamic individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory abilities to fill the position of:
Brand Manager/Trade Supervisor

The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating and directing the company’s marketing functions as well as supervising the sales team including:
Ensuring that promotional and marketing activities are carried out in an effective manner
Monitoring and motivating merchandisers
Ensuring that key accounts are adequately stocked and merchandised by teams
Possess the ability to execute promotional events creatively
Prepare trade & promotional reports

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or other related discipline
2-4 years related experience in a similar position
Good Communication Skills
Excellent knowledge of the retail consumer goods market
Good team player
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must own a reliable motor car
