Bursar

Applicants must possess the following:
Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Accounts or equivalent
ACCA accreditation
At least five (5) years’ experience at a senior Accounting level
Good working knowledge of the Education Sector
Excellent understanding of Accounting principles and practices
Possess the ability to do Electronic & Manual Payroll Processing
Excellent Computer Skills and understanding and grasp of Accounting Software (preferably Quick Books)
Working knowledge of Financial Administration Audit Act (FAA) will be an asset
Ability to plan and manage budgets
Proven Management, Administration and Organizational skills (portfolio and human resources)
Excellent human relations skills; ability to foster harmonious relations and team work, motivate and lead staff in the achievement of established goals
Excellent communications skills, orally and written at all levels
Keen attention to accuracy and quality
Proven planning and analytical skills
