Chef

Duties
Prepare a wide variety of local and international dishes, cakes, desserts and bread.
Create and renew menus and entertaining plans.
Estimate food requirements and prepare a shopping list.
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.
Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards.

Requirements
Certification in culinary arts
3 years’ experience as a chef
In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, baking techniques and nutrition
Updated police record
Must be able to work flexible hours
