This multi-disciplined practice has gone from strength to strength and is now looking to expand its commercial department that is commutable from Essex and Cambridgeshire.

About the Role

Joining a highly knowledgeable team, the Commercial Solicitor will advise a range of clients including companies, partnerships, sole-traders and start-ups on a complex and sometimes high-profile caseload of matters including:

- Commercial contracts
- Shareholder agreements
- Company share and asset sales and acquisitions
- Joint ventures
- Investment agreements
- Share buy backs

Candidate Requirements

This firm prides itself on gaining a deep understanding of their client’s businesses and aspirations so that a premium service can be delivered. They are looking for an ambitious and motivated Commercial Lawyer who ideally has:

- 10+ years PQE
- Commercial acumen
- A keen interest in business development
