Construction Site Engineer

The desired applicant should possess:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering
Advanced management skills and be very organised
Eye for details and quality
An understanding of the cost, quality and time effects of decisions
A high level of verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and Project.

Key duties of the job include:
Planning, managing and overseeing construction projects
Checking technical designs and drawings for technical and constructability issues
Ensuring that projects are executed efficiently in adherence with the specifications, within the budgets and timelines
Preparing site reports and other required paperwork
