Document Management Administrator
The successful candidate will report to the Manager, Titles Operations

Job Purpose
The provide support in terms of managing the department’s records and information system to facilitate the achievement of its (department’s) goals and objectives.

Key Responsibility Areas
Management/Administrative Responsibilities
Provides leadership through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
Conducts performance evaluation in accordance with PMAS guidelines
Assists with the signing of sheets for delivery to customers
Assists with the development and delivery of training for staff in the section.
Keeps ledger for Mail Box customers
Prepares reports as requested.
Technical /Professional Responsibilities
Establishes and maintains a system of processing incoming and outgoing documents/correspondences to and from relevant sections.
Ensures that documents are placed in (customers’) delivery box
Ensures activities and procedures of the Dispatch Section are expedited as planned
Reviews procedures with a view to improve efficiency in the section.
Conducts difficult searches for both internal and external clients.
Assists with the provision of information for customer service.
Ensures the delivery of documents requested by Customer Service
Liaises with the Post Office for the maintenance of franking machine.

Ability to communicate at all levels
Competence in the use of relevant computer software

Minimum Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Records Management/ Library and Information Studies or equivalent
Certificate in Supervisory Management
At least two years’ experience in a Records Management environment
Certificate in Paralegal Studies will be an asset
