Wisynco Group invites applications for the position of:
Fleet Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the vehicle fleet across the company by coordinating, scheduling and ensuring vehicle maintenance repairs to include preventative, mechanical and electrical upkeep.

Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Business focused and highly responsive, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Must be detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
Ability to maintain detailed records of vehicle inspection, servicing, fuel usage/efficiency, and parts inventory.
Possess in-depth knowledge of the motor industry and vehicle types/models.
Must be able to communicate effectively with government authorities, dealers, vehicle manufacturers, and service providers.
Have general knowledge of environmental sustainability trends in the transport and fuel industry.
Must hold at least an Undergraduate Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Logistics or equivalent qualification.
Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a similar role with at least two (2) years’ in a decision making capacity.
