Key Requirements: - At least Diploma Degree of relevant major
- At least two years closely related work experience in a medium to large Asian restaurants
- Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, English to work smoothly with the team
- Strong leadership and personal skills
Your responsibilities:
You will need to work in a busy traditional Asian restaurant with our great team members. You are expected to undertake duties, responsibilities, and obligations for the day-to-day operation of the business. You are required to undertake below tasks:
Manage Staff
- Provide training, supervision and support to staff
- Assist in the recruitment process, employee appraisals and advising staff structure improvement.
- Budget wages
- Responsible for searching good staff
External Management
- Ensure a professional level of customer service
- Organize and plan special offers/functions
- Manage and advice on reservations, greet guests and assist in taking large orders
Internal Management
- Ensure hygiene, ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, operate within the guidelines and policies, procedures and safe working practices.
- Ensure that all foods are prepared, cooked and stored in compliance with food hygiene and health and safety legislation. Organise and manage weekly stock-takes, sales and supply figures.
- Always manage back orders from vendors. Arrange the purchasing and pricing according to budget.
- Plan and advice on menus while consultation with chefs.
