Medical Representative/Healthcare Specialist

Job Summary
The Medical Representative/Healthcare Specialist plays an integral role in assisting in the development of marketing plans and executes on programmes for the Health Care Division that will ensure growth and profitability.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Business Development
Maximizes the sales of the assigned portfolio.
Plans and develops activities designed to meet the needs of the healthcare industry.
Plans, implements, records and assesses marketing plans, sales promotions, advertising and relevant expenditure.
Expands market coverage and penetration to maximize sales through distribution, acquisition of new customers.
Monitors and maintains a comprehensive customer relationship management programme that consistently anticipates, identifies and satisfies customers’ needs.

Qualification and Job Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in the Science field.
A minimum of 5 years working in the Pharmaceutical or Health Care Industry.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent planning and organizing skills.
Well-developed analytical decision-making/problem solving skills.
Well-developed presentation and communication skills (oral and written).
Good business ethics.
Must own and operate a reliable motor vehicle.
