A Leading Manufacturing Company is seeking to recruit a qualified individual for the post of:
Production Supervisor

The selected individual will have the responsibility to oversee the day-to-day manufacturing of its products to include:
Managing the manufacturing process to meet/achieve production, quality and safety targets.
Completing relevant documentation to ensure standard company and industry compliance.
Directing activities of workers and communicating company policies.

Qualifications/Experience and other requirements:
Experience working in a food-manufacturing environment.
Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory capacity with a staff complement of over 50 employees, preferably in a manufacturing/production environment.
Very good written, verbal communication, people management and organizational skills.
Associate Degree/Diploma in Supervisory Management, Food and Beverage Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
Willingness to work on alternate weekends.
