Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Cilex

A residential conveyancer is required to work for an established law firm based in the Petersfield, Hampshire area. My client is a highly respected law firm looking for either a qualified solicitor or legal executive to join this busy Conveyancing Department.

As a residential conveyancing solicitor/legal executive, you will have the ability to manage a full caseload of files from instruction through to post-completion dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties. Ideally, you will have 3+ years’ PQE and have previously been responsible for managing your own caseload and supporting the development of a department.In return for your hard work, the successful residential conveyancer will be rewarded by working for a firm that strongly believes in its fee earners, developing a close professional relationship with clients and offering appropriate mentoring and support to develop your career.
