JN Life Insurance Limited is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to fill the position of:
Sales Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for the sale of all new JN Life Products and for increasing the penetration rates of JN Life with the existing client’s block of business, in keeping with the strategic growth targets established by the organization. He/she will also ensure that the clients/customers of JN Life are satisfied with the levels of pre and post – sale service they receive from JN Life Agents.

Leading a sales team that routinely surpassed sales targets
Mentoring and coaching team members to provide client service; excellence in compliance with complex and changing regulatory environments
Recruiting and training Sales Agents
Coordinating sales efforts across other affiliated companies
Create, design and activate sales campaigns that will lead to new clients and by extension increased revenue for the company.
The successful Sales Manager will have:
Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Business Management or its equivalent
Certificate in Life Insurance Sales
5 Years’ experience in the insurance industry, at least one year in Life insurance sales
ACII/LOMA Designation
Management and Supervisory Training
Highly qualified accreditations and more generally in sales
Knowledge of Life Insurance and other financial products
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Be self-motivated and organized
Ability to collaborate effectively with others both within JN Life Insurance and other JN Group member companies, while thriving in an environment where dependability and accountability are valued
Proven track record of sales figures and accolades
The ability to draw upon existing network and highlight sales achievements against existing/ previous clients
Transform market qualifying leads supplied by Inside Sales function into converted business.
