IslandNet is seeking a:
Sales Manager

Responsibilities/Requirement
Develop and execute quarterly sales plan to grow the customer base
Identify and recommend opportunities to drive growth in the existing revenue streams
Identity new market trends and create strategies to maximize
Build and maintain exceptional relationships with the customers by understanding and meeting their needs
Successfully manage and lead the sales team
Analyze sales data, prepare and present monthly reports, budgets and forecasts
Demonstrate accuracy in forecasting
Ability to efficiently close sales
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrations, Marketing or related discipline is preferred
Previous sales experience in the telecommunication industry would be an asset
Four years’ experience in sales at the managerial level
Excellent people management, mentoring and coaching skills
Strong negotiating skills
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
