User Support Specialist
Your team will coordinate design, extend, configure and support a reliable, secure and efficient IT infrastructure.

Candidates must fulfill the following requirements:
Nationality:
Be a citizen of the Commonwealth

Minimum Professional and Educational Requirements
Associate Degree in Information Technology or four (4) years’ work experience in Information Technology Support.
CompTIA A+, Server+ and Network+ or equivalent Certification is desirable.
Minimum three (3) years’ experience in Information Technology Support.

Key Competencies
Extensive experience supporting Windows, Microsoft Office, Email, Internet Browsing; Networking, Active Directory Administration and Mobile Device Management.
Diagnosing and repairing ICT equipment; managing warranty processes through to resolution.
Identifying, evaluating and recommending appropriate technology to improve user productivity.
Auditing inventory of hardware and software; developing and implementing proactive maintenance and upgrade schedules.
Managing Helpdesk application and encouraging end user adoption.
Have an aptitude and desire to assimilate into military life.
